Criminal Investigations

The Investigative Unit of the Sheriff’s Office follows up with the investigation of criminal complaints and incidents. In 2006, the unit handled over 750 criminal investigations. Members of the investigative unit also network with and share intelligence information with other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and investigators are assigned as liaison officers for Clermont County schools within the Sheriff’s Office area of responsibility.
