Reverend Harvey Koch, Agency Chaplain

Agency Chaplain Koch joined the Clermont County Sheriff's Office in January, 1999 as volunteer. He is a retired Methodist minister and previously served as a Police Chaplain in the Dayton, Ohio area. Reverend Koch has completed training and holds basic and senior certifications as a Police Chaplain. His duties include assisting agency personnel and citizens during emergencies and critical incidents, and providing counseling to Sheriff's Office employees and their families.
