Re: Arrest in Homicide Investigation

On Friday evening, 1/6/2006, Clermont County Sheriff's investigators filed one count of Aggravated Murder against Jeffrey Eberle, M/W/ 27, 7184 English Drive, Newtown, Ohio for the death of Michael V. Fish of Sharonville, Ohio. Eberle was arrested at his place of employment on Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township, Hamilton County, on Friday night without incident. Clermont County Sheriff's Office Deputies were assisted in the arrest by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies.

Eberle is confined in the Clermont County Jail and has NO BOND. He will have a bond hearing on Monday, January 9th at 1 p.m. in the Clermont County Municipal Court, State Rt 222, north of Batavia between the Sheriff's Office HQ's and the Jail.   The investigation is continuing in this matter, and it is possible that additional charges may be added to the case when it is presented to the Clermont County grand jury. Since a charge has now been filed and the case is in the legal system any questions/inquiries you might have should be directed to the Clermont County Prosecutor's Office - either Don White the County Prosecutor, or his Chief Criminal Assistant, Daniel "Woody" Breyer, 732-7313.
