Subject: Narcotics Unit Arrest Two on Felony Charges
Date: March 17, 2005
On March 16, 2005, members of the Clermont County Narcotics Unit and the Clermont County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 2755 SR 132, Lot #171, Hilltop Estates Mobile Home Park, New Richmond, Ohio
The search warrant was a result of an investigation which identified this location as trafficking in crack cocaine where several drug purchases had been made. During the search, narcotics officers recovered a small amount of crack cocaine, hypodermic needles, other narcotics paraphernalia, and weapons. Agents reported no resistance or injuries as a result of this law enforcement action.
Two individuals were arrested and booked into the Clermont County Jail:
Phillip E. Hardin of 2755 St. Rt. 132 lot #171 (Hilltop Estates Mobile Home Park, New Richmond, Ohio 45157 charged with “Having a Weapon under Disability” (.22 caliber bolt action rifle). This charge is a Felony of the 4th degree. At the time of arrest Hardin was out of jail on bond for a 2004 drug indictment. Mr. Hardin is 40 years of age.
Alfonso Ingersol Jr., 617 Dana Avenue Apt. 7, Cincinnati , Ohio 45219 is charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the 4th degree. Ingersol is also 40 years of age.
This case continues to be investigated with the possibility of additional charges at a later date.
