Re: Missing Person
Gary Michael Stallings, was reported missing by his roommate on 06-12-06. The roommate states Gary was last seen by him on 06-11-06 at noon walking to the back of their property @ 289 State Route 133, Felicity OH to work on his “fire pit”. A van belonging to Stallings was subsequently located approximately one half mile behind the residence in the woods. No evidence of foul play was found in or around the van or at the scene. The roommate states Gary has a history of drug use and depression, and will frequently go out into the woods for hours. The area in question is remote and heavily wooded. Stallings and his roommate have lived in the residence for approximately one year. On 06-12-06, units from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office including canines and Hamilton County Sheriff’s helicopter, searched the area for the subject to no avail. On 06/13 and 6/14, Clermont County’s Urban Search and Rescue Team along with several cadaver dogs from the Ohio State Buckeye’s Association searched the area and were not able to locate any evidence of the subject. Today, Sheriff’s deputies and fire personnel from Monroe Township, Washington Township, and Felicity are conducting a grid search of the area. According to his roommate, Gary Stallings has a small dog and allegedly is in possession of a shotgun at all times.
