Re: Secret Indictments Opened
In reference to the press release dated 06/22/06 concerning “Operation Clean Sweep”; I have attached photographs and the names of the four remaining individuals charged after the secret indictments were opened and revealed to us today. These four are the only individuals remaining at large. Individuals that may know the whereabouts of these persons, please call the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office at 513-732-7500. It is important to not approach these individuals, but to contact law enforcement immediately.
The attached individuals are wanted on a variety of charges by the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office:
- James Harvey DOB 07/15/77- 2095 Canter Road, Bethel, Ohio
- Illegal manuf. Of drugs, 5 counts
- Illegal assembly of chemicals for the production of methamphetamine, 1 count
- Engaging in a pattern of Corrupt activities, 1 count
- Christina Heuberger DOB 12/23/77- 19 Walnut Creek MHP, Felicity, Ohio
- Trafficking in Drugs: Methamphetamine, 2 counts
- Kandra Barnes DOB 08/01/85- 3008 SR 133, Bethel, Ohio
- Illegal manuf. Of drugs
- Illegal assembly of chemicals , 2 counts
- Amanda Alsept (aka Link) DOB 07/26/78- 3223 Pitzer Road, Bethel, Ohio
- Conspiracy to Commit Illegal manufacture of drugs
- Aggravated possession of drugs
- Illegal assembly-possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs
