Subject: Search Warrants Net Two Arrests, Crack Cocaine
Date: Wednesday October 11, 2006
On October 11, 2006, Members of the Clermont County Special Response Team, Sheriff’s deputies, City of Milford Police Department and the Clermont County Narcotics Unit, executed two search warrants within the city limits of Milford. The search warrants were a result of a three month investigation involving the sale of crack cocaine.
The two locations searched at approximately 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning were: 2051 Oakbrook Place and 904 Mohawk Trail, Apt. # 5 both located in the City of Milford. Recovered from both locations were a quantity of crack cocaine (weights pending lab analysis) and drug paraphernalia associated with the abuse and trafficking of crack cocaine. The warrants were executed without incident or injury to anyone involved.
Two suspects were arrested at the 2051 Oakbrook Place location and have been charged and are currently residing in the Clermont County Jail, a bond hearing is scheduled today at 1:00 p.m.in Clermont County Municipal Court. They are:

Gerald Jeter Jr.
Last known address of 293 Craft, Cincinnati, OH 45232
DOB: 01/22/1986
Both subjects have been charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine a felony of the fifth degree. The Clermont County Narcotics Unit commander, Bill Williams, anticipates additional arrests and charges once the case progresses to the Clermont County Grand Jury.
