Subject: Three Arrested for Crack Cocaine Trafficking
Date: Friday October 13, 2006
On October 12, 2006, the Clermont County Narcotics Unit with help from Union Township Police Department and the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office arrested three subjects following the sale of fifty grams of crack cocaine to an undercover deputy while in Union Township. Information accumulated during a two-month investigation indicated that William May, residing at 6355 Marathon Edenton Road, DOB: 10/15/1956, had been distributing significant amounts of crack cocaine in Wayne, Goshen and Union Townships.
William J. May has been charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the first degree; bond was set this morning at $50,000.00 cash or professional. Two associates of May were also charged; Jamie Danielle Savell, residing at 6355 Marathon Edenton Road, DOB: 10/12/1986 was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Cocaine, for possessing six grams of crack cocaine, a felony of the first degree; bond was set this morning at $50,000.00 cash or professional. Margie Ann Walters, residing at 3969 Piccadilly Circle, DOB: 04/25/1971 was charged with Tampering with Evidence a felony of the third degree; bond was set at $20,000.00 cash or professional. Although bond was set in these cases this morning, all three were still in custody of the Clermont County Jail at the time of this release.
