Amelia, Ohio- Robert M. Moore Aka: Mike Moore, 22 years old, of 4424 Festive Court, Cinti OH 45245, was indicted for one count of Sexual Battery (felony 3) yesterday by the Clermont County Grand Jury.
On 1-8-11 Moore attended a party at a residence in Amelia, Ohio with an 18 year old female high school student. Evidence and statements received indicate that they consumed alcohol and engaged in consensual sexual intercourse at the party. The investigation revealed that they had developed a relationship prior to this which consisted of other meetings, phone calls, and text messages.
Moore was an assistant girls basketball coach for the freshmen team at Amelia High School and was in his third season as a coach at the time of the offense. Moore was processed into the jail and is under a $25,00 bond.
