The Sheriff’s Office currently has four canine units. All the canines and handlers attend training programs meeting State of Ohio canine certification criteria.
Deputy Bailey’s partner is “Mox”, a German Shepherd trained in patrol duties.
Deputy Kirker’s partner is “Paik”, a German Shepherd trained in patrol duties.
Deputy Spears partner is “Paco”, a Belgian Malinois also trained in patrol duties.
Deputy Dyer is the handler for “Dozer”, a bloodhound used for locating missing and wanted persons.
