General Information
The Clermont County Sheriff's Office Civil Process Section is responsible for preparing and providing service for writs, subpoenas, summons, and all other court orders to include; evictions, executions of foreclosures, Sheriff property sales, and various court orders relative to property possessions and/or seizure according to the court.
The Civil Division is open Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM, except holidays.
