Clermont County Ohio-
On September 29th, the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office investigated the death of Shane M. Richardson M,W, 21 address 5702 Mellie Ln. Milford, Ohio 45150 who was found deceased at 2108 James E. Sauls Sr. Dr. in Williamsburg Township (Wendy’s Restaurant parking lot).
Richardson’s cause of death was subsequently determined to be a heroin overdose. The investigation revealed that Alex William Deel DOB/06-23-87 of 4349 Dela Palma Rd. Williamsburg Township, sold the heroin to Richardson that resulted in his death. The investigation further revealed that Alex Deel had initially purchased the heroin from Keith Michael Wieland DOB/07-29-85 of lot 137 Tall Timbers Mobile Home Park.
As a result of their conduct Alex Deel was indicted on December 1st by the Clermont County Grand Jury for Involuntary Manslaughter Felony 1st degree, Trafficking in Heroin Felony 5th degree, and Corrupting Another with Drugs Felony 2nd degree, and Keith Wieland was indicted for Involuntary Manslaughter Felony 1st degree, Trafficking in Heroin Felony 5th degree, and Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity Felony 1st degree.
Keith Wieland is currently incarcerated in the Clermont County Jail on unrelated charges.
Alex Deel is currently incarcerated in the Boone County Kentucky Jail on unrelated charges.
