Lt. McConnell

Lieutenant McConnell began with the Sheriff’s Office in February of 1994 as a Corrections Officer. He was promoted to the rank of Corporal in January 1999. In May of 2000, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant as a Shift Commander until his promotion to his current rank of Lieutenant in December of 2010. Lieutenant McConnell is responsible for security operations of the Jail. He is a 1988 graduate of Wilmington College with a degree in Political Science.
