Felicity-
On July 29, 2010, Delmas “Gee” Pack, age 42 of 2346 Laurel-Lindale Road, New Richmond Ohio, a Captain with the Felicity Ohio Police Department was charged and arrested for Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree carrying a potential prison sentence of 5 years.
The arrest resulted from an investigation by multiple agencies in cooperation with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office. Pack has been with the Felicity Police Department for 16 years and is currently confined in the Clermont County Jail pending a bond hearing which is tentatively scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday 7/30 in Clermont County Municipal Court, State Route 222, Batavia Ohio. The Felicity Ohio Chief of Police is Ray Hessler.
